We have some exciting events coming up:A local singing group Vocalise on Saturday 13th April 2.30pm and then a historical talk on The Mary Rose Saturday 18th May 2.30 leading up to our 5th Anniversary Garden Celebration 8th June 10-1pm.Lets hope the spring weather will be sunny and we can soon start enjoying the garden again. Keeping our library open
Are you interested in becoming a trustee of the Willingdon Communitee Hub Library Trust?
Willingdon community hub library, visiting the library is free and open to everyone. It is a volunteer-run registered charity based at Coppice Avenue, Willingdon, operated by the local community since March 2019 following its closure by the council.
The Hub is a place for you to work, read, explore, discover and learn in a friendly environment. Local unpaid volunteers will help you access the books, computers, printers and DVDs. To borrow books or DVDs you will need to register as a member, to obtain your membership card please call in to the Library. Local groups hire the facilities out of library hours, for educational and recreational activities, such as book groups, language and craft groups.
