What’s on in May

On Thursday 14th May 2-4pm we will be hosting a Hearing Resource Centre information afternoon come along for all your hearing aid enquiries . We will be a Hearing Aid battery collection point of the 2nd Thursday of each month going forward .

We have the Banoffee Pie talk on Saturday 16th May 2-4pm so come along for an interesting and amusing talk tickets available at the library .

Our coffee morning Saturday 30th May 10-12 so come along for lovely cakes and community catch up .

Keeping our Library open

Willingdon community hub library, visiting the library is free and open to everyone. It is a volunteer-run registered charity based at Coppice Avenue, Willingdon, operated by the local community since March 2019 following its closure by the council.

The Hub is a place for you to work, read, explore, discover and learn in a friendly environment. Local unpaid volunteers will help you access the books, computers, printers . To borrow books  you will need to register as a member, to obtain your membership card please call in to the Library. Local groups hire the facilities out of library hours, for educational and recreational activities, such as book groups, language and craft groups.
